Amusement Park LOVE
Over the years, my family and I have tackled almost every amusement park in So Cal. We have love for them all, as each one leaves us with a fond memory that only that specific park could have created. But our hearts have found a new LOVE. I’d like to introduce to you Two Bit Circus. On September 7 they will open their 47,000 square foot utopia which will blow you away with their fresh and vibrant and innovative take on the World of Amusement Parks all by way of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.
The Button Wall requires you to use your head and the whole rest of your body, pressing glowing
button combinations faster than your opponent for the highest score. 2 players
A Love for Vintage and Tech
Two Bit Circus is a micro amusement park that comes from the innovative minds of founders Brent Bushnell and Eric Gradman. They creatively smashed together everything that they love about old school carnival games, circus performance, vintage video games, arcades and cutting edge future-tech. They created a brand new kind of social playspace, good for children, adults, corporate team building, date night or time well spent with friends.
Unlike traditional entertainment experiences, Two Bit Circus Micro-Amusement Parks TM are designed to encourage elbow-to-elbow play amongst people who may have once been strangers.
Story Rooms are a superset of Escape Rooms, in which a group of people must work together to achieve a common goal.
Virtual Reality + Escape Rooms = Story Rooms
The Raft, as shown above, is the US premiere of a free-roaming VR backpack experience, in which players must work together to survive a trip down a haunted river. My son’s completed the first quest, while I looked on, and I”m happy to report that there was no time for their usual competitive type discussions. They had to work together, they had to use critical thinking and a healthy dose of spontaneity to survive the level or else! They’d lose and that just couldn’t happen.
There are high visual impact that draws players to engage in, like physical gameplay with swinging, tossing, shooting, rolling, pumping, and sorting.
You’ll definitely experience nostalgia while visiting Two Bit’s Midway. It is a visionary of games
of chance and skill. You won’t be left alone as this area is hosted by carnival barkers who engage you in friendly competitions.
The Midway is home to Last Ball Standing Knock which has rival players off increasingly difficult arenas to be crowned the last player standing. Players roll giant circus balls to steer their in-game characters into opponents, around obstacles, and over fun power-ups. 2 to 4 players.
The Best Bartender Ever
Inside, you’ll find the latest in immersive entertainment, multi-person virtual reality and a full carnival canteen of molecular mixology complete with robot-bartenders. It’ll be very entertaining to watch a robot make your drink! At this time The Robot Bartender is only making adult drinks.
