*We attended the premiere of Dog Dogs as studio guest of LD Entertainment.
Dog Days come from acclaimed production company LD Entertainment and Director Ken Marino. Dog Days is a hilarious and heartfelt ensemble comedy that follows the lives of multiple dog owners and their beloved fluffy pals around sunny Los Angeles. When these human and canine’s paths start to intertwine, their lives begin changing in ways they never expected. Mostly for the better.
We went to the World Premiere and had a great time at the party before the screening. One of the best moments of the party were when we went into the puppy area and played with the dogs. They were all adoptable and fairly young. Take a peek at our video for inside coverage of the party.
This has been the year of the dog in Hollywood, but Dog Days is by far the most emotional of them all. We all know that dogs are social and funny but have you ever thought about how dogs bring humans together. This is a scenario that happens throughout Dog Days. Couples are making up, brothers are dog sitting and the humans are drinking and dancing to save a dog shelter.
Love is in the air when two characters cross each others paths at a dog park. Their dogs began to socialize leaving them no choice but to follow. This has happened to me countless amounts of times. I’m sure you can relate too.
Dogs come into your life for a reason.
My sons noticed that every time a dog came into someone’s life, it was for a good reason. They noticed how sadness and loneliness were always triumphed when dogs came along. Studies have shown that dogs bring about happiness and can even combat depression. I’d say this was a good observation by them.
Dogs act like their owners.
This was represented throughout Dog Days. The canines seem to adapt the personality of their owners. Some were silly and playful and some more serious.
Everyone Loves Dogs .
They noticed that everyone that came into contact with the dogs loved them. Dog Days really put a positive light on the human and canine connection.
Dog Days is the kind of movie that makes you want to go home and play with your dog. It brings back their purpose in our lives. To love us unconditionally and make us laugh at their silliness or just be there when we need a friend.
The power of unity throughout Dog Days is amazing. That’s my take a way.
