America’s Got Various Kinds of Talent Too
America’s Got Talent came through Los Angeles at the Pasadena Convention Center and brought out some of the city’s most unique talent. There was no shortage of singers and dancers, in fact, I would say that one out of every two talents there to audition were either a singer or a dancer. While this entertainment was fun to watch, I found myself drawn to the talent that I was less likely to imitate at home in my bathroom mirror. Jugglers, magicians, and bubbleologist to name a few were the type of people that made America’s Got Talent refreshing to see.
I spoke with some of the brave contestants that came out to audition for the one million dollar prize and most were down to earth people with a talent and a dream. Simon would have had a field day with most of them, but he’s “made it”, so his approach is different from mine. Keep in mind that I’m pursuing my dream too, and I was there showing America that I’ve got talent as well. So, at the least, I just wanted to have fun and try and bring out the best in people.
